Here is the thing. I’m going to China in August for working. My bf wants to go there and stay with me. He’s an arabic- and french-speaking african with only high school diploma. However, he learned mandarin and has no problem in speaking and listening. So the question is….Is it possible for him to get a job in China??? Will he have more opportunities in Beijing or Shanghai?? He needs working visa.

Here’s our plan. He plans to apply to a language school and learn how to write and read chinese first, and then try hard to find a job while he’s in China. Does he have good chance?

1.) Have you ever seen so many pregnant women in your life!!? A simple walk to the store and I see about 8 pregnant woman lol… WOW could you imagine if there WASN’T a one child per family policy!!? My gosh…

ok and 2.) Have you noticed that the supermarkets and restaurants are highly over-staffed??? Like there is 2-3 people for each isle! 2 people standing by the doritos and 3 standing by the shelves of soy sauces!
And the restaurants always have about 10-20 staff on even when there is only 1 person in the restaurant. and half of them are usually sleeping on the tables…
So why is this?? Is labour really THAT cheap for these supermarket and restaurant owners?? Doesnt that seem silly? I tried asking my chinese friends here.. but they didn’t understand why I was confused…
Ok so why is that?
Umm… Ok I dont quite see your point #3…. No the woman are always along.

And NO I’ve never seen the restaurant full. And yet always 4-5 waiters sleeping away
