What do you think if we outsource our prison system to India and China ?

Confused … asked:

According to recent report, we have 1% of US population are criminals and the number does not include those in state prisons. Each prisoner costs our tax payers more than $40000+ every year, which far exceeds an average American family income. Such expense is almost equivalent to Uncle Sam’s economy stimulus package cost.
While we have been outsourcing all the jobs to India and China, why don’t we also oursource our criminals to India and China ? This will help reducing the cost, getting better results for reforming those criminals, no prison escape risk, helping our federal and local economy.
